“This is a phenomenal storage facility for so many reasons, I am continually finding myself discovering new ones at every corner I turn to reach my unit. 1. It is antiseptically clean the thought of leaving behind a single packing noodle haunts me. 2. The facility is in a great location. 3. The team operating the facility are simply, yet, truly amazing. They work as a team and they are there to help... genuinely help and I was comforted to no ends interacting with them. 4. The app is simple and extremely user friendly even for a tech-illiterate like myself. My actual rating was "Infinite Stars", unfortunately Google reviews limited it to 5.”

“This was the best moving experience I have had. The last time I moved the experience was not good and things were damaged. I was referred to All Star by another company who could not accommodate my move date. I was promptly contacted and appointment for an estimate was set up. Bill, the owner, came out and gave us a very thorough proposal. The move date was scheduled. Two days before the move the buyer of my house had a problem and the date was moved. I called Bill and he assured me that changing the date was no problem. We set the date for the next week, the deal fell completely apart and the sale and the move were subsequently cancelled. Bill again said no problem, call me when you are ready. Two months later the day finally came. I emailed Bill on a Saturday to let him know we were ready to move on Thursday. He emailed back that day and said no problem. He got everything scheduled and honored the original estimate. On moving date 6 guys showed up ready to go. The team was lead by Harp. He asked me to show him what went from each room and any special instructions. His team began to load the boxes, disassemble and wrap furniture, appliances and other stuff. They wrapped the door frames and put down runners to protect my stuff. They were done in 4 hours, an hour earlier than estimated. We met them at the new house an hour later. They quickly unloaded the trucks, putting the right items in the right rooms. They reassembled everything and made sure they worked correctly. They finished the job, including travel time and hour and a half early and adjusted the invoice accordingly. Absolutely nothing was damaged. They handled things better than my family. I would absolutely use All Star again. I could not believe how they accommodated the last minute changes.”

I have had nothing less than fast, friendly and professional service every time I visit, and feel completely confident in having family heirlooms secured there without any worries. I have had no problems at all since securing my precious items at this location. I have been to other storages in the past, and have found the staff very cold and rude. Jean and Bill are the kindest people you will ever meet, and are so down to earth, that they make you feel like family every time I visit. I always look forward to chatting with Jean or talking about fishing with Bill when I stop by. It is hard to find people like these two, and I am happy to say I consider them friends. I will remain at this Location as long as I need extra storage, and will continue to recommend this facility with this amazing staff to anyone who is looking for a safe and secure storage facility. “This place is excellent!!! They have the most affordable rates—AND NO HIDDEN PRICE INCREASES like everywhere else has. I checked out a couple different places that seemed cheaper, but those other places forced me to add insurance which racked up the price significantly. First Street Storage does NOT do this! They allow the insurance to be optional and that is such a game changer!! They also have great access days/hours (7am-7pm, 7 days a week), which is super important to me! I need to be able to access my items any day! A huge thank you and shout out to the ladies in the office, Jackie and Pearl!! Their customer service absolutely cannot be beat!! They are absolutely the nicest, friendliest, most helpful and dedicated and genuine people I’ve ever met!! Jackie has gone WAY above and beyond to explain things and discuss our options, show us helpful hints (like how to use the lights, where the extra code boxes are, etc.), and to help have our storage insulation cleaned up! These ladies are single-handedly the reason I stay with First Street Storage, and why I and my family trust them for our personal items as well as our business storage needs. I also want to say a huge thank you for helping us upgrade to a larger storage unit immediately as we discovered on site that what we had originally planned and paid for was not going to be big enough. They fixed the issue happily, quickly, and with no problems or attitude! This place is truly the best and makes you feel like a very valued customer!!”

“Best moving experience ever!!! Steve the owner came and gave us an estimate and explained everything very thoroughly. He told me where the majority of costs were and if I wanted to save money, which items I could pack myself. He was very proactive letting me know ahead of time what to expect and planning the timing. On packing day the guys came and packed up our home. They were so careful with my things and answered my many questions very politely. They got all boxes packed up then came the next day. On moving day, they arrived early with smiles on their faces and worked so hard and helped us coordinate all of the timing. We bought a furnished home so they had to move things at our new home to make room for what was coming. These guys worked so hard and were so helpful. When they were done, the lead tallied up the invoice hours and had a big grin on his face and excitedly showed me we were way under the estimate. Steve's tips on how to cut costs and the diligence of his workers saved me a couple thousand dollars. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use them again. I have moved many times and this was by far the best experience EVER!!!!”
