“The staff are extremely professional and courteous. The facility is clean and run well. It sucks that the harbor is so terribly under the control of the Port and other outside forces, including the distant owners of Cabrillo Way. Rules have come down in waves, eliminating every fun aspect of what used to be a bustling harbor. Cabrillo Way marina eliminated the most of its affordable and slips in favor of super sized ones. But the megayachts never materialized and so the harbor sat empty for years, while people with 30 ft or under boats (which is most people) struggle to secure slips and be on waiting list for years. Cabrillo dry boat storage helps the small boat owner have a place at least, so it has been a blessing to me.”
