“The Basset team recently installed a new AC unit on our house and we are extremely happy with the outcome! Christian came out first to give us an estimate and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We decided to go ahead and schedule the job and Basset had a team out the next day for the install! Tristan and Jordan did the entire install the next day. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with how much work they got done that day. The next business day the subcontracted electricians came out to wire everything up and Eric, from Basset, started up the AC unit. The day after, Lorenzo and Jordan from Basset came by to square everything up and ensure it was all working properly. I am currently writing this review in a nice cool house. Basset was affordable, professional, timely and the staff were all friendly. We are impressed that it took only 3 business days to go from the estimate to a working AC system! We would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Made a mistake when creating a shipping label for an urgent package the other week and realized the label had the wrong shipping address!! The worst part was the package wasn't dropped off at the shipping facility, it was dropped off at a business awaiting pick up for later in the day. I called the company Stor It Storage & Business Center and was very fortunate to have been helped by an on site representative named Megan. Megan provided me with an email address to send a revised label, after confirming the details stated on the original label. She was able to correct my mistake and made sure a surgery case went through without issue. I truly appreciate her efforts and hope she is acknowledged at the Clovis facility.”
