“Of course it’s time of the year again and we all wanted the honey baked ham. Yes, went there and bought 7.4lbs ham, prime rib and tri tip plus other stuff beans gravy bread and mustard. The cashier was nice to give everything I wanted. The line was not really that long like when I used to go there. As always honey baked ham is recommended and this place is good if you want some of those. Keep up the good work.👍🏻”

I was unraveling to say the least. I called on the phone first and they said they could help. When I got there..I think James helped me... He has a bat tattoo on his hand. He was super kind and considerate and walked out to the car with me. It's times like that ..when you really just need help ( and a new battery ) that the customer service is so important. “Dario at Big Dog Tires helped me when I was two brutal hours from home over 4 freeways and my car wouldn't start. It wasn't the battery or the starter. It was something more complicated. It could not be done that day. So I was going to have to find a place to spend the night after just adopting a rambunctious big puppy at the Moreno shelter -- to save her from being euthanized. I was desperate and exhausted. Big-hearted Dario came through and got my car running so I could drive home!!! No charge. Just an act of kindness. I'm naming her Tornado. Because she is one!”

“A typical corporate store. Despite only having a skeleton crew, I can not complain about the service. The stock on the shelves was pretty spotty. Many empty shelves. It is almost as if the building is too big for their business. This place was nothing special, and driving there is a hot mess. You can barely see the shopping center, and it is like taking one big, never-ending u-turn to get in the parking lot. It is not a great location, and if I did not use Google maps, I would have driven right past it. A decent store. Nothing special.”
