“This company saved me needless expense. I had recently had the broken right-hand mirror module on my Honda replaced with a new one, and the remote adjuster stopped working shortly after the repair. The shop owner said i needed a new switch. When he said he would have to send someone to pick up the switch remotely, I volunteered to go myself, since I had an errand in Sacramento the next day. I called Rancho from Sacramento and spoke to Richard. When i told him the left-hand adjuster worked, he said the switch, which was a toggle, wasn't the problem. He said the wire had probably come loose wire inside the door. When the shop owner insisted it was the switch, I got a neighbor to look at it. The wire had indeed come completely out of the connection, and was hanging loose. It was an 80+ mile trip, but totally worth it! Net cost: beer and pizza with the neighbor. The gas cost was offset by saving 35 bucks for an unnecessary part.”

Last time we did a wall vinyl that looked great and it held for years. This time we made a logo for behind the desk that was moveable for when we record YouTube Videos. I was not sure what material to use but the guys at Mouse were really helpful. They showed samples of color, material, backing and after a few weeks we made the final product that looks amazing! Not only did they fix the problem, they upgraded the parts to the latest specs before being discontinued - and they charged me nothing. Since then, I've purchased three other PL components.
