After perusing the local thrift stores and Antique Treasure Trove, I decided I would try one more shop in my search for a hard to find book that had become outrageously overpriced online. I poked my head in the door, and with low expectations inquired about its availability. I was stunned when the gentleman stood up and indicated that he believed that he had a copy. Sure enough he did! I was so relieved to find the book for an excellent price. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the Bookman and am looking forward to returning again to peruse his collection.”

“I had such a great experience at Scandinavian Designs! After looking everywhere with no success, I found the exact bed I wanted on their website. I decided to go to our local showroom to see it in person before purchasing it. I was greeted immediately, and when I described what I was looking for, the associate took me right to it. It was actually at the front of the store. I asked some questions and they were all answered very knowledgeably. The bed was gorgeous, functional (thanks to the storage drawer), sturdy, and reasonably priced. As I looked it over and tested the drawer, several other customers took notice and expressed their interest, too. I wanted to look around at all the other beautiful furniture and the associate said he'd be there to help me if I needed him. I appreciated not being hounded, and was also impressed with how he checked in on me to see if I had any questions along the way. It was a really wonderful shopping experience. I purchased the bed that day and he was able to schedule delivery and assembly exactly when I wanted it. Delivery was a breeze, the assembly was quick and perfectly done, and the delivery people were very professional. This was an A+ experience from start to finish, and we're absolutely in love with our new bed!”
