“Trader Joe's is one of my favorite places to shop. Staff here is always helpful and friendly. They always have samples to try items which I love and usually end up buying. I love their wine selection and have yet to be bummed by a brand (even the cheap ones are beyond decent). They're beer selection is wonderful as well. I like to take advantage of their make your own 6 pack. Be warned though, the only real negative is their parking lot can be an adventure (especially during the midday to afternoon) and test of one's patience. But again, that is a testament to how it's a great store, busy parking lot.”

“My quick Asian supermarket. It's right by the freeway 680. If you want to buy Asian groceries, fresh seafood, meat and poultry, it's a wet market so don't expect a super clean place, but the price is reasonable. It's kinda like a medium-sized Asian convenient store for your Asian food needs.”

“Always have tons of vegan options and the produce section always looks amazing. I wish I knew his name but a gentleman that works in the evening is always AMAZING and personable. If a products packaging is compromised he’ll make sure a new item is brought to the register in packaging that isn’t opened or broken. The store is always clean no matter what time I go their and have never seen a mess go I cleaned for longer I would expect.”

“I love the concept of this type Walmart, however once again they are targeting a select group of smaller retailers ( ie; whole foods, sprouts,) and as before those smaller fresh food stores will be bled dry and eventually forced to either merge or shut their doors. But aside from my relatively biased opinion of corporate behaviors I offer this review of the store for those that want to know what this store is like. I do shop at both types of Walmart's because they are cheap and offer everything, and the number of competitors is dwindling and are often too far to get to. This Walmart is clean, small and self checkouts are an awesome feature to get in n get out. The Bakery section is a cake and cookie lovers heaven, the selection of baked snacks and goodies is enormous and prices are so good it makes you forget that there are other types of products to select from. They have everything you need to make any meal, also they do have the basic home cleaning and bathroom goods. Overall it's a perfect place for anyone who hates the larger stores for the amount of time spent wandering around, or for those just wanting a fresh really tasty meal.”

Was told by an employee months ago, that the best time to shop at least during the week, is between 11:00 am & noon. And 8:00 pm & 9:00 pm at night. Less people shopping at those times. For the weekends, I don't know the best times....”

“This is a much cleaner and nicer Jons market than the other outlet I've been to which is at Vermont and Hollywood. They have a much larger section of produce as well as a large section of organic produce. Jon's market has good pricing. I can't believe how much I bought for under $30. I go to other markets and $30 buys me nothing. They have a nice floral section & good pricing on beers & alcohol. Market caters to the Russian / Armenian community having many items particular to their community. Ample parking. Very few registers open at 2 pm so the check out was longer than necessary.”
