All the amenities of home with the convenience of being at a great location near the beach. The hosts have provided everything one could possibly need and have been communicative and responsive to any questions we have had. We really enjoy sitting out on the patio and people watching and walking past just a few houses to see the sunset on the beach each night. LOVE that there is also garage parking because if you’ve ever stayed in Newport without it-you definitely have to bring some walking shoes during busy days!”

“This cabin was the best! It was my family first time visiting and seen snow we had a blast! Super affordable price per night, the cabin is cozy and makes you feel the real experience with its atmosphere and wood finish. The rooms are a good size, kitchen has all the electronics and basics you need. Owner was friendly and last night of our stay stayed in touch to aware us of the storm coming to let us know if we wanted to stay an extra night will help us out with the price since it was nature related. We will definitely stay there next time”

“They were diligent with fitting snorkeling equipment and providing instructions before heading out. Wet suit was provided. The guide took time to explain to my BIL what he should expect as he could not swim. He guided us to see lots of different fishes, one huge school and lots of plankton. Mid September, water was warm and clear in lovers cove.”

“Our condo was clean when we arrived. There were some simple maintenance issues that needed attending. The pool and hot tub were great and all of the grounds were lovely. The gas grill worked great and so did all of the other appliances. I do think that they should provide more recycle bags up front for guests staying longer than a few nights. We stayed a week and needed like four. The staff was lively and helpful. Over all we had a great time!”
