“We couldn’t have had a better experience at Vista. We had just come from another emergency veterinary hospital and were sent away after waiting for an hour due to too many critical animals coming in. We called ahead to come into Vista and were told our pup could be seen. In the meantime more critical animals came in and quickly overwhelmed Vista. Worried we were going to be sent away from another vet, we were advised that we would be seen but there would be a wait. Considering there were other animals in greater need, we were more then okay with that. Despite being so busy and tired, our pup received nothing but the best care from the entire staff. “Don't do it! BUT if you do bring your dogs here to crop their ears. I brought my doberman and let me tell you they look beautiful. At first I was scared due to some of the reviews but I never had an issue with anyone. The Dr. spoke with me before and after surgery which was reassuring. Everyone is also really nice especially Gloria who does the tapping afterwards. Only negative thing is the phones tend to be busy since they are so busy. I found it best to call after lunch. Here's a picture of my baby, enjoy. P.s. try not to do ear cropping during the rainy season. Her tape got wet multiple times which made the process so much longer and frustrating.”

“We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

“Okay! I get it now! I took my dog back because somehow she became sick with Parco. I was on vacation and had a pet sitter. I was like, whats all this blood? I took her in and said, what going on, you gave me a full bill of health. I notice that this was a different doctor. She said but did you know that they had to be de-wormed every month? I'm like, thats what I pay you for the $ 200 bucks a visit. Then shes like, well she might die, I need to put her in the hospital for $600.00. I'm like crying having a panic attack and all. I ask another clerk to bring me a glass of red wine. I couldn't drink it. I called my son crying and he said mom listen to me, leave and come home. When the clerk came back in she said; have you made a decision about, which care you want to go with? She told me that if I didn't want hospital care, they could give me supportive out-patient care for $125.00 a day. Also, that they would treat her today and gave me this bill enclosed. I said nope! I need to go home, the clerk then, started saying, then let us give her a Convenia, or we can give her a SC Fluid for $50 bucks today. I walked out paid my bill at the counter, finding that they had over billed my account. I said no , re-check your prices. Then the clerk said that he's sorry but they took the credit card machine and had to figure it out himself. Then the clerk told me that I need to pick my dog up so that she would not spread parvo in the clinic. I said, I will not pick her up, I walked her in here and I will walk her out. What a freaking nightmare.”

“I took my cat who is now a year old and has a history of ulcers in his eyes. He is strictly an indoor cat, is very shy, and he has spent his entire life confined to my home and preferably underneath my bed. So in terms of anxiety he is far on the spectrum and has literally been physically sick from going to the vet. I was highly impressed that we were allowed in the exam room to watch Dr. Faber do the entire exam, he carefully looked at my cats eyes with his equipment meanwhile the entire time my cat sat so quietly. They were so sweet and gentle and the office was very quiet which was a great atmosphere for my cat who is petrified of loud noises. Thank you Dr faber and staff for making this visit fast, easy, and painless.”

“All the staff is amazingly compassionate and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Glicklin has been treating my 3 rescue refugee cats from Eastern Europe. He saved Caesar's life after diagnosing him with Hyperthyroidism and Triaditis. So far, his recommendations have resulted in my poor dying cat returning to life; he gained weight and regained his mighty fur. This hospital is very friendly and easy to make appointments. I made an appointment the same week I consult them, instead of a month later like the other clinics.
