“Each and every time I’ve had to go to this shelter I’ve had a great experience with everybody I’ve spoken with. The front desk people are super nice and helpful and they do everything they can to accommodate you, the volunteers in the back also are friendly and helpful. I’ve had to surrender one of my dogs in the past I’ve adopted cats they’re on different occasions. And every time has been good. This shelter in particular is busy and they have a lot of in and out flow daily. I appreciate them and what they do!”

“Doctor Amy and her staff are absolutely amazing. She has been my vet for my 2 cats for the last 6 years and I would never take my cats anywhere else. I have one cat that has an ear problem that was ruined by another veterinarian. Doctor Amy was able to treat and fix his ear. He now he seems to have a problem in his good ear. I called the office on Saturday only to find out that the office was closed for Veterans Day. I left a message on the answering machine asking them to return my call when they reopened . Today I received a call today from Krista at the animal hospital who only came in to check on a few things in the hospital and listen to the voice mails as well. She was very concerned about my cat and actually called me today even though they were closed today. She did everything she could To help me get my cat in and treated in the next day or 2 by squeezing him in between appointments. I cant begin to thank the whole staff for how much they care not only about our pets but the owners as well. I would never use another vet anywhere. I know they will get my cat seen in the next day or two because they are wonderful and care so much. Thank you all. Ml.”

“Had a very sick kitty cat this morning. Went to the clinic as a walk-in as soon as they opened, knowing that on a Saturday, I would probably have a long wait. However, I had a very short wait. The doctor examined my cat, ordered tests done, and prescribed the necessary medications. She told me to bring him back Monday if he didn't improve, or in 7-10 days as a follow-up if he did. Considering how busy they were, I truly appreciate how thorough they were in caring for him. A great clinic! ????”
