We needed a new catalytic converter and the guys over there had it within 1-2 days and got us right in to do the work at a really low labor cost! They use name brand parts that are backed by their guarantee. The car was making a weird sound and I just pulled right in and within minutes they had it up on the lift to check it out. I love their unique tall and slim drinking cups with the picture of the adorable bee on the outside of the cup. Great teas, smoothies, and other drinks. Oh, and of course, boba. They also carry several delicious-sounding dishes like popcorn chicken or shrimp, fried rice, and bowl meals. It's a great place to relax, have some lunch and order a refreshing and specially made drink. One of my favorites is Iced Thai tea, which falls under the heading of milk teas. I will definitely be returning.”

Elizabeth the manager, and Jeannette the assistant manager have always provided excellent customer service, and whenever there has been a need, they have always seen to it that it was addressed A.S.A.P.! Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didn't ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service. The entire staff at The Harlow, from the management to the maintenance personnel are great! My family and I enjoy living here.”

Carrie, Brie, Daveigh, and Cameron have really helped get our pets on a killer diet that has helped their coats, tummy, and keep them at a healthy weight. And don't get me started on the no hide chews, I never gave my dogs things like because of a past pup having an issue with rawhide. But I never knew that no hide was made from rice flour and so no harm. They love it and are so happy. Thanks to the team for making our fur babies healthy and happy! And I can't forget the dog bathing area, honestly the best out there. They are huge, with good soap dispensing and great blow dryers, huge towels and they let me use the furminator and never make a peep about my looney dogs!”
