“I went here back in 2004-2005 in fifth grade. The therapy I did included me reading a book out loud into a microphone and listening to my voice on headphones simultaneously. I had auditory processing delay and still have ADHD it actually helped me out back then. This is speaking from personal experience but I was 10-11 years old and you kinda don't want to go and do the therapy when you're a kid and you don't want to listen, but looking back, it's clear that I was better off having completed it.
