Coincidentally, my neighbor also gave me a recommendation and unbeknownst to me until later, it turned out to be Excel also! My technician Luis Luis came 3 times; 1st time was situation assessment, 2nd time was treatment and corrective actions and finally hive removal. Luis was great every step along the way. Very good technical advice and services. Responsive and professional in his work. Also good experience working with his office folks. Just a great firm overall! Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it's easy to fix.”
