“A very demanding hike that is by no means "easy," however, the 360 view of the high desert and the majestic surroundings of the mountain, makes it a destination. Located on the top of the Granite Mountains; Dead Man's Peak is the highest point in Apple Valley. The most demanding part is the end because the trail ends and the last climb is vertical but if you ascend to the left side of the cliffs it is easier than going right. "I highly suggest doing this hike in winter months when the weather is cooler; less dangers." [There are two trails that intersect to form one trail the rest of the way. This creates a "loop trail" for anyone who wants to just enjoy the mountain but not going all the way to the top; it's a nice hike as well.] The two trails are found along the ridge to the right that borders the fence of the old dump. Walk the dirt road along the fence and turn right to keep on it. The first trail is right off the road to the right not to far past the start of the ridge. It is the most scenic route. The second trial is at the end of the dirt road where it circles back around. The trail is off to the right of that circle. Just remember, "You only have to go up once." :D Have fun, Enjoy it take your time and don't rush. It's a beautiful mountain with amazing wildlife and plant life.”

“Tim Brown and his team helped me in many areas, from evicting the most fraudulent and dishonest tenant that I have ever had, to selling my house in a timely manner. Tim's broad experience in dealing with bad tenants, as well as his extensive knowledge in real estate transactions in San Francisco, was truly amazing. After my bad tenant was finally evicted through the court process, Tim brought in his team of outstanding contractors to restore the house quickly and he directed his team to ensure that the quality of the repair work was to my satisfaction. As a result, I was able to sell my house very quickly and at a great selling price of more than 20% over and above my expectation. Needless to say, I am very grateful to Tim and his associates, as well as his team of contractors. They are true professionals and the best in the Bay area.”

“Didn't eat there. Did see other patrons eating though. They seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was there for a 2 day Hip Hop Festival. It was great. The venue was awesome. There are a lot of balcony type views on the 2nd floor which made viewing the battles very cool. They also have numerous screens to showcase the event as well. They have at least 2 other small rooms for other events/music genres to occur simultaneously. Paid parking on site for the event. Not sure if that's the case for regular week nights/weekends.”

“Came here because the sushi place across the street was closed but DEFINITELY glad we took that detour! We got the Viking roll, the Michelle’s roll, a California roll, a crunch roll, a golden Hana roll, some garlic edamame and gyoza. Everything came out super fresh and tasty. I’m not the biggest sushi person so Ryan, our server, was very insightful on the flavors and textures I might like. Thank you, k sushi!”
