“I cannot overstate how happy my family and I’ve been to have found this gym. I was immediately drawn in by the family friendly environment when I first visited and the vibes have not changed since, nearly half a year later. Our family of 4 (myself, wife and 2 kids) train here nearly everyday - we usually do the lunch time classes and take the kids for the evening training. It’s like our second home. The instructions are first rate for both the kids and adults classes. The couple who teach the afternoon and kids classes, Anaue and Thamara, are world class competitors who have extensive knowledge of the sport. They are extremely detail oriented and are incredible at conveying the information. Erik, the owner, also teaches the noon classes and has had the best details I’ve ever seen for fundamentals. I’ve been training for nearly 10 years and have moved all over the country, going to many different schools from old school Gracie lineages to modern day competition schools, and this is easily among the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to train in. I literally walk in everyday with a smile on my face.”

“We had our shingle roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing & Renovations recently due to leakage on rainy days. We have three bidders for the job and the Lifetime was not the least expensive but the project manager Michael B was willing to be flexible and gave us a discount that matched another bidder who was recommended by our friends. The reason we chose Lifetime is because Michael is very responsive, courteous, and highly professional. He gave us a presentation that included a detailed account of the process and material involved. He was a roofer before and that's probably why he's so knowledgeable and confident about the control of the project timeline and being able to work around our budget. The shingle we chose was Corning which was considered a high-end product in the category. The warranty is for 50 years which gives us peace of mind if anything goes wrong. When the work started the process went quite smoothly and they monitored the weather conditions every day. After demolition, they covered the house when there was a forecast of rain. When the work was completed, I went up to walk through the entire roof and found it was a commendable job with every little detail being taken care of. We think Lifetime has done a good job on our roof and especially thank Michael for being friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mileage to take care of our mentality by providing a decent job.”

Sunshine it’s the girl who give the massage of my life she is really good with strong hands . It was great I walked out of that place feeling a lot better. “Dr Peterson has been my eye doctor for over ten years. My vision actually improved under his care. Was wearing contact lenses for a long time. Had surgery later to remove a cataract at the Nvision surgery center performed by Dr Parikh in La Jolla where the Dr works also and I have only positive things to report. “I came to this Ross to look for some shoes for my boys and their inventory was on the low side. I've been here a couple times in the past and it just seems to not be well stocked. Now in regards to covid-19 measures employees as well as customers must wear a mask at all times. They also keep count of how many people come in and out. When waiting in line there are markers on the floor to maintain proper distancing. Overall the place was not crowded at all.”
