What I love about it is the sense of community. I’ve been training with Topher and he is spectacular!! “The prices are very reasonable especially the chicken and riblets that are already marinated. The base marinade is already perfect and it comes with the Filipino basting marinade. The Korean short ribs are delicious. I do plan on trying the liempo (pork belly) with a basic soy onions etc marinade. I grab some to grill at work regularly and the coworkers love it. Stopping by for that Friday grill session at work. 15lbs minimum of the chicken just for the night crew. If there is a holiday coming up, be sure to stop by a few days early to preorder for pickup with a deposit. You'll be able to skip the line to pickup and pay.”
