Dr. Clemens is a hands-on, friendly, and competent dentist. His assistant/receptionist (who also happens to be his wife) is very friendly and super helpful, even going the extra mile to help me clear up insurance issues. About five years ago, my insurance changed and Dr. Clemens was no longer on the preferred provider list. I thought I would try to save money and switch dentists. It took only one visit to realize the difference in professionalism and competence. I very quickly switched back. After that experience, I had no problem paying the additional amount that my insurance did not cover. We love Dr. Clemens and the personal phone calls he makes the night you have major work done. He really cares about his work and his patients.”
