The truck inspection had not been completed and the scope of work needed and time it took for completion kept getting pushed out do to parts and mechanics outside their control. “I came here on New Year's Eve which could have been an off night but it was not. I asked for a regular bowl, brown rice, with green onions, no veggies and half chicken half tofu. The prices for the proteins were the same and they were happy to oblige even though that combination was not on the menu. They made it up fast and it was delicious! The main reason I'm leaving this review even though I never do that is not only because they deserve it but because I absentmindedly forgot to tip.
