Purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX OEM navigation upgrade from MVI for my wife's car. Shipping was fast and all parts were included on the 1st shot. Installation was straight forward, but not for the faint at heart if you have any doubts about your abilities. Took about 2 hours to complete and only wish I was a foot shorter, as getting under the dash for a tall person is a feat. Be sure to have the plastic dash tools and metric sockets prior to attempting this job and you wouldn't have any problems.
The video link provided opened a YouTube video, but the video quality is not the best I have seen on YouTube.
Upon completion, started the car and the Navigation came on with zero problems, like it had been directly from the factory. Wife is super happy with the modification and bottom line, that's what counts.
Would not hesitate to order from MVI again, if the need arises. Well done and thank you.

MVI was great to work with. I ordered the Nav and Android Auto for my GMC Sierra. I researched pricing and MVI was most competitive. Customer service was great before, during, and after the sale. My questions and concerns were answered almost instantly, even on the weekend. Product was exactly as described, all New and sealed. Shipping was super fast. Let me know when the Navigation system for a 2013 Buick Regal Turbo goes on sale! I've spoken to you before and was treated with courtesy, but your pricing is far too high for an item that is steadily becoming obsolete for that model year.
I bought a carplay/ android auto upgrade for my 2015 sierra and overall couldn't be happier with the experience, all around they have a great thing going. Didn't need tech support so I can't attest to that, but I got quick responses even on the weekend when I had questions about the product before ordering and they really take the time to make sure the buying experience is completely hassle free. Estimated install time was "1 hour or less" and thanks to the way they program and package everything I got the entire process done in 20 minutes. Android auto works great, my entire intellilink was updated to the newest version, worked with my s9+ right out of the box, and the new usb module even retained my factory aux port, which many other companies that sell these modules don't include. So that was a great surprise to have as I still use an old ipod classic. Was hesitant to spend any money on just an android auto upgrade, but it is well worth every cent and you can't go wrong buying from these guys.
