We did not purchase anything from Furniture Row, BUT we did visit and interact with sales consultants while shopping around for a bedroom set.

I am writing this review because I want to thank Zach Alvidrez for great customer service. Zach has been in the furniture business for a long time and is very knowledgeable. I recommend anyone reading this review to go and request Zach and give him the opportunity to support you.

As you're wondering why we did not purchase... it was because we found a deal on a hand-crafted Amish bedroom set at a price no one could walk away from.

Furniture Row does carry hand crafted Amish bedroom sets that are high quality and great, which if is within your budget, I highly recommend you looking into.

Got our little guy a new bed today! This store had a great selection and nice broad price range. Special thanks to Richard (and Tim, the young man he was training.) You were patient and very helpful. I appreciate you calling other stores to ensure a pick up location. Great service and experience. The bed we got even turned out to be on sale ???? We’ll see how the pick up goes tomorrow... but great experience so far! Will definitely shop there again. Super excited to get this bed home to a very excited 5 year old!
