We have had a great experience every single time we come into this store, and the entire staff is amazing. Gracie has been such a blessing to us and she is full of so much knowledge! She has helped us with any and all questions we’ve had, and trust me we’ve had TONS! I will never go elsewhere for my reptile needs and she is a big part of that! Thank you so much!!!

Me and my boyfriend come in here weekly and are always so happy when we leave! Gracie is the best and we love coming in to see her, she has given us so much advice and now we have 2 beautiful snakes that are happy and loving life! Thanks for all you guys do!

Staff was very friendly and engaging. Store was clean and not cluttered. Enclosures were clean, appeared to be properly maintained and had the appropriate conditions for specific animals (humidity, temperature, substrate, etc). Animal welfare was good. Selection was minimal but that is to be expected in covid society and quality is better then quantity.
