  I cannot say enough good things about Lighten Up Fitness. Back in July 2016 my husband and I came to visit our son, we found that our son was dangerously overweight. We do not live in Colorado. Heart problems run in our family and my husband and I were very afraid that he was headed toward a major cardiac event. At that time we had a discussion with our son. We told him that he needed to make some changes to get himself back on the road to better health. We insisted that he do this slowly and in a healthy way. No shortcuts. No surgery. We asked that he start with a doctor’s visit. It was at this visit that the doctor had a brochure from Lighten Up Fitness. My son informed me of his decision to join Lighten Up Fitness. He had a difficult journey but the staff at Lighten Up Fitness always encouraged him to stick with it. My son and I would keep in touch weekly and he has shared pictures of the various classes and events at Lighten Up Fitness. As time passed I heard hope in my son’s voice. We are so proud of our son and the all hard work he has put in. He could not have done this without the instructors and coaches at Lighten Up Fitness. I visited my son in April 2018. My son took me to Lighten Up Fitness and I met the coaches and I thanked them personally for all that they did not only for my son, but for our family. I did not want to lose my son. They gave my son the gift of health, which is priceless. My son still goes to Lighten Up Fitness. We would not have it any other way.

  I cannot say enough about LightenUp Fitness, the training, the instructors, and the facility are exceptional! LightenUp fitness provided me with the foundation for maintaining the right balance of diet and physical activity to help me reach my desired goals. An great personal atmosphere and an amazing alternative to the mega gym's.

  I needed to find a place that I could feel comfortable. I found it. I needed someone to help me with the physical fitness, the mental and the nutrition. You get all of that here.
  The people who are here are amazing. The owners are genuinely interested in helping you. The classes are fun and not intimidating. It is clean and there are lockers, showers, and towels. The equipment it really nice.

  I really enjoyed going to this gym and all of the personal training/nutrition sessions while I lived in Colorado. It has definitely helped me tune in my nutrition more and focus more on building my upper body and staying mentally on track. I appreciate all of the help and support through my knee injury, and I have learned a lot.

  I am from the Ohio area, and was out in Denver for about 4-5 months for work. I found that this gym was near where I was staying so decided to try it out. This gym was amazing! For one it's open 24/7 which was very convenient for me. Second there were no big crowds. Most of the time I was by myself or there would be a couple other people there. The owners are both amazing and very kind. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for a gym where you can workout without dealing with big crowds.
