(January 27, 2019, 10:51 am)Usually give Chili's a 5 star rating, but this last visit, they did not earn a 5 star rating. My wife asked for her hamburger to be well done, it was closer to medium than well-anything. Asked for fries extra crispy and got regular fries. Now all this is the cooks fault, not necessarily the reason for losing a star. The cream on top of this messed up night was the waitress' attitude towards the fries. "they look crispy to me". Ugh. Chalk it up to a bad night.

(November 29, 2018, 3:45 pm)I am giving this Chili's a five-star rating because I have had such incredible experiences with all the bartenders, and I almost always eat at the bar. Also, the menu changes that have occurred within the last two years have resulted in a menu with many meals that better fit my taste, and they are normally well prepared.
On the other hand, the few experiences I have had with the wait staff who do not tend the bar, have for the most part been negative. For a five-star experience, eat at the bar.
