Westminster Drivers License office

Definitely a smooth process; I was happily surprised.
I booked my appointment online. My appointment was for 2:45. I arrived at 2:30, checked in on my phone, and an employee came out to let me in. The employee gave me a number (indicating the reason for my appointment), and got in line (3 people in front of me). When I got to the front, the employee was fast and to the point, i paid the fee for my renewal, and waited about 3 minutes to get my picture taken. I was out pretty quickly and home by 3:05.

Easy going through the whole process of getting my new license. Shout out to Dennis! Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very organized and safety-driven. Best DMV ever!

Came here two separate times, once to transfer title for a motorcycle and again to get a new license after my wallet was stolen. Both times they were fast and efficient, and the employees here seem to actually try to help instead of just blindly following protocols. Definitely the best DMV I've been to.

I had to change my address and renew my registration. Sydney helped me in 2 minutes, fast and efficient. Just hoped I could have done it on line but it was a great experience.

Syd is awesome. She had amazing customer service, was very friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure my visit went smooth. Someone needs to get her a raise because she's doing a great job. To be honest she is the only reason I'm leaving this review. If you're seeing this syd just know you made my day. Thanks again.
