“After proofing the house following a very heavy mouse infestation, we have not found a single mouse (fingers crossed!). To clarify an earlier review, they explained that the proofing, which had been done so effectively, prevented the mice already in the house from escaping back out. Once that mouse was killed (we knocked it with a box) and every hole double checked for a resealing - there were no more. Really great company (our house is huge and old, so this was not an easy job) and fantastic customer service.”

“John came in as a true professional. Experienced and confident. Some bids had come in lower, some higher. However, no one else left me with such a feeling of certainty that I was in good hands. And I was. Not my first floor. Here the workmanship and detail were excellent. Seventy-year old red oak so it has retained the fine patina of age, but now with an entirely restored glow to it. I am sure that it was obvious from the job site that this is a (lesser experienced) sweat equity project. No problem. Beyond the flooring, John left us with some project and time saving insights and suggestions. This is a rental but now I almost want to move back into it. Good Job. LL Clean? Did I mention clean?
