Staff was polished, facility was clean and well cared for, communication process was excellent, and pricing was reasonable. In all honesty, it felt a little TOO good, like maybe I paid too much for white glove treatment. However, the pricing was fair...their labor rate is more than a mom-and-pop place, but not a lot more. Their part costs were typical. I don't have much experience with this shop yet, but I had a good experience and I'll definitely be back.”

The staff does a great job sending updates throughout the day on the Tadpoles app. The pricing is reasonable and they are one of the few providers we found that allows you to pay for a reduced schedule (3 days a week) if you don't need to bring your child all 5 days of the week. We looked at about 10 different daycares in the area and are glad we ended up with Prestige”

“OUTSTANDING!!! I took my cat Champion to Loving Family Animal Hospital this morning to get checked out after he fell from the second floor balcony. He also needed to get his yearly shots. Dr. Fein and technician Chris were just great. They both handled Champion with care and I felt like he was not just another animal at an appointment, but that they really cared. Excellent customer service and just all around good vibes. Every staff member there was friendly and polite. Also, today I was on a budget and I told Chris that. He did make me feel bad or try to sell me anything I did not need. Instead we split the cost of the services into two visits with ease. My little guy is healthy and I have peace of mind knowing that he has a new Vet home. Thank you so much Loving Family Animal Hospital.”
