“I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the staff here. They are so friendly! They say "HI" when you come in, smile; it's very welcoming. They are prompt, attentive, keep the place clean and comfortable. I feel like their service is better than I get at most sit down restaurants. I'm just amazed. I don't get fast food very often, but when I do I want to come here. I'd also like to give a special shout out to one staff member who's particularly helpful and warm - she's short, Hispanic, and wears glasses. She is always paying attention to who's coming in and making sure she addresses people right away to be sure their online order is given to them asap. Thank you!”

“Always great burgers and great service. Highly recommend getting some extra Good Times sauce to put on your burger. So good! Great with the fries too, which are always warm and fresh. Fast drive-thru, which is rare these days, but appreciated when trying to get back to work on time.”

“The food was cooked very well, and there were no mistakes with my order. The customer service was impeccable. The young woman running the counter was very thorough and and detailed oriented. She made sure all the condiments we needed were in the bag before I even asked. The restaurant itself isn't aging well and the floor needed to be mopped, but overall for the price of the food and the service experience I was very pleased.”
