We have struggled for over 2 years to find a place for my father where he would be treated as an individual and with dignity. We have been at Brasswood now for 4 months and it has been an absolute blessing. The care my father receives is amazing and everyone, up to and including the owners, truly care for the individuals living there. They are not shuffled from place to place or forced to conform to a schedule that is convenient for the staff, rather the residents determine their own schedules and the staff adapts. I could go on and on about the horrible things we have experienced in the larger facilities, but suffice it to say that everything horrible about those institutions does not exist at Brasswood. I am extremely grateful to have found Brasswood for my father and only wished I had found it earlier.
