  Always helpful and easy to work with getting in and out of a unit. Our third time using them and will definitely be coming back.

  The service provided by Frank was exemplary even when other customers interrupted, I knew he was still focused on ensuring I got the right size unit. The cost is $30 less per month than the Extra Space unit I had previously most likely because it's not climate controlled. I do have an extra foot of depth however and the old place was always freezing cold as customers don't get to control the climate or have electricity in any of the previous companies' I've experienced. Public Storage did have lighting in the unit and that allowed me to install one of the light bulb conversion inserts that have outlets and accommodate a bulb. This would have allowed a fan in the summer and a space heater for winter and cost less than $5. I don't know if the drive up units have their own lighting however as I've been in units within buildings the last 2 times and both untilize centralized lighting. Overall the low price is a major selling point for me as I don't have anything that will be destroyed. With that and Frank's awesome service in mind I give the a 4 out of 5 stars (I almost never rate a 5 by the way).

  Miles has amazing customer service skills. He has assisted us with many units, we have had at StorQuest throughout the past couple of years. He is professional, accommodating, and very pleasant to work with. Likewise with all of the other staff too!
  UPDATE: just met Alisa at StorQuest, she is very professional and sweet. Thanks - you guys are always so great!

  Fastest, Least Expensive situation I found to get into the right size unit for my situation right away. I was able to research online and order over the phone to the location best for me.
  I went to that location and Alisa was very friendly, professional and thoroughly explained why certain things are in the agreement as well as outlined each step for me to come in - knowledge alleviates fear and they gave me a lot of peace of mind
