(February 7, 2019, 4:03 pm)David P. came today to service our furnace. He was on time, courteous and his work was very thorough. He issued a full report of his work to the the company and to us. I will welcome David P. in our house again. Good news was the furnace was good and I watched him do his work. He has identified a small problem with the air conditioning unit that is leaking on the furnace unit, and gave recommendations of what and when. This was excellent service.

He made us feel important and cared about our well-being. We have an old furnace and he got it up and running in the sub below temperature the day before New Years! He made our day and our new year! Thanks Dave!
