I highly recommend Keystone Health & Wellness Center! I can't believe how much better I feel after just 48 hours! Their bioidentical hormone replacement therapy treatment is exactly what I needed and I didn't know it! I was experiencing anxiety, insomnia, and very infrequent hot flashes since my mid-30's. It all got much, much worse once Covid started and I just blamed it all on stress. I would have continued to suffer that way but after an excellent education (Thanks Cindy!) on hormones and bloodwork, I was very hopeful that this might work. I got "pelleted" (under my skin). It didn't hurt! Amy is wonderful! And I swear, my anxiety just lifted and I sleep through the night now and wake up ready to take on the day! I wish I would have known about this sooner! I was honestly at my wit's end before I came into Keystone. I could not walk a mile without pain in my legs and back. I could not last 15 minutes in my Aikido class without having to leave the mat. The whole staff was amazing, friendly, happy, and helpful from intake to the very end. I am now basically pain free and my mobility and flexibility has returned. I know that I will need to continue my exercises throughout the rest of my life, small price to pay to live without the pain that brought me here. Thank you all very much for making this process something to look forward to each day I came in.

When I started coming here, I was missing up to 6 days of work per month due to flare ups. I've now gone a month without a flare up and feel solid. I'm walking without my cane and can do most of the things I used to without fear of pain or a flare up. When I talk about flare ups, I mean debilitating pain when rolling out of bed or bending over to put my socks on. I'm more mobile and more reliable for my employer. It really has really been a transformation to getting my life back! Thank you!

I've had a few consultations prior to coming to Keystone and they all were not as unique, or in depth, as Keystone is with your health. They described a few treatment options with me just one day after receiving X-rays. I am looking forward to the next 10 weeks here for PT! This place is amazing.

When I first considered looking into what Keystone provided I was not that familiar with how stem cell therapy actually works. The reason I was interested is because of what they were able to show me was happening to my spine. I have a friend with bad spinal conditions that were more advanced than mine and they had to have surgery. What was so obviously attractive about stem cell therapy was avoiding this kind of surgery, recovery time, and long term expense (even with insurance). The staff helped to inform me as to what to expect, but also were very meticulous with physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments that accompanied the stem cell injections. Along with this level of care was the keen attention given by the nurse practitioner. By helping me become aware of the beginnings of blood pressure issues I was able to head it off early and bring it under control. Though this point doesn't have as much to do with stem cell therapy it is an indication of the attention that Keystone gives to the health and wellness bigger picture. At this point there is no doubt in my mind that this was the correct decision. My thought is that if I am going to live for several more years it should be living well. Being able to avoid risky surgery and protracted recovery time made the decision one the easiest investment choices I have ever made. I have recommended Keystone to a number of my friends and some have benefited from making the same decision that I have.
