(October 23, 2018, 11:52 am)I have been a patient here for two years. I have multiple joint replacents and had other surgeries, producing both good and bad outcomes. I haven’t had to wait long for appointments. Crystal has been great as M.A. She is understanding, knowledgeable and prompt. Dr Natkin is a positive factor in my life because he cares a lot. He listens, is understanding and knows his “stuff”. Needing pain management both invasive/non-invasive can be bothersome, if not close to impossibe to obtain at most clinics. Dr Natkin helps me so much, while staying within todays guidlines for prescribing treatments. He has always been accessible for questions and issues. He also is a “sick” dresser. His jokes aren’t bad either. All of these factors combined, makes his bedside manner reassuring and pleasant. Thanks to all.

I did a lot of research before coming here (since I also read the negative reviews) and discovered that this place had made numerous changes in the past 2 months to include all staff. I decided to give them a try. The first person you'll talk to is Angie - nothing but friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor then took 1.5 hours with me for my intake appointment to really get to know my case. If you are coming here just because you want pain meds - this place is not for you. If you need them, you will get them (I did), but they do not want that to be the long term answer unless everything else has been tried.
