“Dr Chain is excellent... very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a broken nose and was running out of time before the bones started healing incorrectly. He stayed after hours to ensure that I was seen and arranged imaging for the next day. Dr Chain called me personally to discuss the fracture and schedule the corrective procedure for the following morning. He answered all my questions clearly and concisely, while never making me feel rushed. They are taking COVID precautions very seriously and I felt 100% safe in his office. His assistant sat with me during my procedure and held my hand since family is not allowed to accompany you into the building at this time. I highly recommend Dr. Chain.”
