They are servicing my 1980 Schwinn SX-1000 Competition Model They were polite and professional and I would highly recommend them for ALL your service needs. I will be going back for future service and a new bike. I love my 38 year old BMX but it's time for a new bike and they have earned my return business and loyalty. 5 stars out of 5

+ great friendly & helpful staff who let me look around but let me know they were available for questions
+ full-service shop
+ good selection of Giant mountain bikes
+ seemed to be popular for repairs
+ a typical amount of accessories for the size of the store
+ EBikes available
+ men’s & women’s athletic wear available
+ let me park inside my bike while I browsed
- If they do social rides, there weren’t obvious signs advertising them & no info online.
- There is no bin of discounted items like many shops have so the cheapest road 25mm tire I found was the Giant brand for $50
This would be a great shop for expert service, especially for Giant bikes of course, and those who aren’t looking at prices when getting their bikes fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to cyclists who are ok with cheaper parts. I would give 5 stars if prices were slightly lower and had a discount bin, but I’m sure the service is phenomenal and rent at this location must be high.

(August 11, 2018, 7:11 pm)Really great customer service, great maintenance, and great attitudes all around. I really needed a new headset installed for an upcoming ride next week from Seattle to Vancouver and was running out of time. Another shop had the part, but could not promise to get it installed in four days time. Giant Denver promised it in one or two days. I rode my bicycle to their store at 5 p.m. Wednesday expecting to leave the bike there and have someone give me a ride home. As soon as I got to the service counter, they put my bike on the work stand and began changing the headset. It was installed in about 15 minutes and I rode it home. I went back today to get bar tape. They remembered me from the other day and gave me a bunch of free packing materials to help secure my bike in a box to send it safely to Seattle. It has been a long time since I have seen that level of customer service.
