I left a voice mail with a question about the glass shelves in the two curio cabinets prior to the move and received a prompt and professional response from Denise (I believe I have her name right.) The team was familiar with Concordia on the Lake where we were helping our mom move. The movers were careful with breakable/fragile items, were efficient and professional. Randy and Alex (I believe I have their names right) were a good team, had different levels of experience and worked well together to get the move done in the expected/estimated amount of time. “Highly recommend. I always moved my own stuff, but on a recent move from Denver to DC I decided to get some quotes on hiring movers. When I moved the Denver the Uhaul cost me $4,000 so I assumed it would be a lot more. After talking to Ethan at Johnson I was shocked at how affordable this move would be. Movers came to my place in Denver, loaded up to containers, and two weeks later delivered my belongings in DC. The movers in both locations loaded and unloaded, disassembled and assembled my furniture and were super professional. All in $3900 (including tips). Nothing arrived broken, damaged, or missing. During the entire process, my moving specialist Nata kept me up to date and made the process so easy. I have no plans on moving any time soon, but if I did, I’d definitely use Johnson. I highly recommend. Moving sucks, but they made it so much easier! Five stars!”

The pool was also really clean and a great place for my kids to get that extra energy out after being in the car for 10 hours. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of pancake or waffle option on the breakfast menu. Corn beef hash and on-demand omelettes are absolutely amazing, but it wasn’t some thing that interested my younger kids. Thank you guys again for the incredible service. I also want to mention that the hospitality staff for breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The gentleman that was making the omelettes really made my son‘s day and how he engaged with him and the wait staff made us feel like we were the only people eating breakfast this morning.
