“Absolutely fantastic, except for one thing that I will share at the end. My storage unit was competitively priced, and doing everything online was super easy. I went the next day to my unit for the first time, and was cheerfully greeted by an employee who wanted to be sure that everything was as it should be. The reason for subtracting one star is because insurance is required, and I already have renter's insurance that covers a storage unit. However, during the online checkout process, customers don't have the option of saying that they will show proof of existing insurance. We are given no choice but to purchase insurance through CubeSmart, which is marked up in price. I do intend to take this up with the location managers sometime soon.”
