“The outer layer of two skylights in my bedroom were broken by hail one summer evening, and I spent a restless night terrified that the inner layer of glass would shatter down into my bedroom. The following morning, unsure of how to temporarily address the broken windows, I submitted a request on Home Advisor and was quickly contacted by Lifetime Exteriors. That same day, Johnny from Lifetime Exteriors came out to my house and temporarily patched the windows (well enough that rain never leaked through), then took a look at the damage to my roof. He recommended that I ask the insurance claims adjuster to assess whether the roof should also be replaced and offered to come meet her and look at the roof with her. When my insurance company also approved a new roof, he walked me through every step of the process and worked with my insurance company to provide all the paperwork they needed. I had never submitted a homeowner’s insurance claim before and Johnny really helped me navigate the process. My roof and skylights were replaced—the roof took two days and the skylights took about an hour. Very, very happy with my experience with Lifetime Exteriors and so happy with my new roof! They were also so accommodating of my schedule. Really great experience.”

There are great amenities in the office. I never feel rushed and I'm always greeted and taken care of when I come in. I love the security and code access to get into the building. “First and foremost, this place has GREAT food. While technically a chain, it really doesn't feel like it. The fresh baked bread is simply delightful. The chefs definitely paid attention and didn't rush the steak or chicken. Both were moist and tender. I had trouble cutting my steak due to how tender it was! It definitely didn't feel like a commercialized restaurant. The staff made my date and I feel welcome and appreciated: not like just another couple of faces. The staff was cheery and made sure our experience was pleasant. Our server checked in regularly, made sure our drinks were refilled, cleared our dishes promptly, and made us feel well taken care of. Overall, wonderful place to visit. We will definitely come back in the future.”
