I was helped my a kind woman today, 2 of my 3 shirts were ready. One somehow got lost in in the cue. She was knowledgeable on where to go check for my ítem. It all ended up working out. I, like others, didn’t have things exactly when school started but we compromised and made do. Navigating treacherous roads is called life and if you don’t pull up your bootstraps and just get it done (without constant whining), you will not make it to the finish line with a smiling face. Likely all of this is out of their control with manufacturers being out of supplies due to a world-wide shut down, life will take a minute to catch up. “These guys ROCK!! My wife and I recently purchased a large preschool which had an older wooden shake roof that had been torn apart by the hail storm last year. The roof was ugly and a huge safety concern to the 80+ children at the school. And the roof was huge with and 3 or 4 different vaulted structures (the school was once a church to give you a visual). I was introduced to ACE by my Wells Fargo banker, and Aaron (owner) came out to look at our roof the Monday of our Spring break. He told me the only way we could make sure it was safe for the children to be the school, and for us not to shut down for a week (and loose a ton of revenue) was to start tomorrow and finish that week. I was a little nervous to say yes, because the roof is so large and steep, but we agreed that Monday night around 5pm. The next morning, ACE had a crew of 40 or 50 professionals that just crushed it. They got the whole roof ripped off and replaced in 4 days (and 1 day there was snow so they couldn’t work). Unreal how efficient they were. To top that off, the price and product were the best I could find, and the end result was better than I expected. ACE is the real deal; don’t waste your time talking to anyone else.”

I took our 2005 Subaru there this time for a detailed check as the car is moving out of state and being driven by my newly independent daughter. They could have talked me into many things knowing the purpose, but called and basically told me they couldn't find anything wrong other than a couple of lights out, oil change, etc that I knew. I opted for brake service because it was getting close to needing new pads. They continued to tell me how nice it was that I was doing it before needed. Highly recommend for honesty. Prices seem fair. Also prior to this, they provided advice and help dealing with another shop who had done extensive work on the car and some of that work needed fixing. I was able to secure some refund by the previous shop.”
