“I have had several different businesses that have required special types of insurance that I know nothing about. They were very important and needed to be obtained immediately because they were for city contracts. Being as though I am always slammed with one of our restaurants, I usually am doing things at the last minute and rushing. The last 2 times this has happened, Jennifer and Angie went out of the way to get me exactly what I needed and it was not easy! These were not common, everyday request. They were certain types of specific insurance that needed to be obtained in order for me to keep the contract. They did it with a smile, did it with speed and efficiency, and were still sweet, kind, caring and funny the whole time.We understood each other about how slammed we were across-the-board.
