Every item I have bought has lasted and has performed admirably on each of my trips. I recently had an ordering issue, but contacted their customer service department and they were able to resolve the issue without any problem. There was no deflection of responsibility... just customer-focused resolution. I was so glad to find out that their level of service matches the quality of their products. I will continue to buy from them with confidence and recommend their products to friends and family.
