  I've worked with both Jeric and Amanda! Jeric did metabolic and hormone testing for me. When we discovered values that were out of normal ranges, instead of him immediately prescribing medicine, we looked at lifestyle changes. Implementing these changes resulted in my free test numbers almost tripling, without taking anything that will compromise my natural ability to produce and regulate hormones. We also were able to make small tweaks to my diet that have helped with sleep and recovery.
  
  Amanda dry needled my arm. What I appreciated the most about Amanda was her forthright expectation setting of what to expect, since I hadn't had it before. Dry needling can make areas feel worse at the beginning, and that was my experience. Because she had warned me that might happen, it didn't faze me, and felt much better than before the treatment once the initial reaction had calmed down.
  
  Overall, Jeric and Amanda take the time to get a 10,000 foot view of their patient's lives before they begin treatment. This allows for precise adjustments and treatments, and more effective outcomes. More importantly, they're extremely honest and realistic about what their services can do, and what patients need to do in their own training and lifestyles.
