My only complaints are not with the medical staff. 1) They in spite of the fact they require masks and social distancing (which I appreciate) they don't offer water except from a public fountain. 2) They really need to keep patients up to date on expected wait times. I wasn't pulled by a technician until 30 minutes after my appointment time and even though I asked the gentleman at the desk, who was very kind and respectful, he didn't have any clue when I'd actually be seen.”
