Both of my pregnancies were problematic and left my pelvic floor pulverized. I’ve always been athletic and love to bike ride outside. I’ve always felt fit and strong but I’d have all sorts of ailments from my pelvic floor being weak and damaged. My back and neck were also bothering me.
