“First, they in no way asked me to write this review, but I do want to help out people moving to boulder. If you’re looking to rent in boulder, these folks are the ones to go through. We’ve been living at a bpm property about a year and really only have good things to say. Whenever we have a maintenance problem, they are super responsive and if it’s an emergency (broken toilet, leaking pipe, clogged shower in our experience) they are out usually within 30 minutes to 45 minutes. The repairman they sent even went the total extra mile and said he didn’t have a part for our toilet but that he would immediately go out and buy it and be right back, and he did! I’m also very annoying with my repair requests (we live in an older building so things tend to break or wear out) and they’re always nice and prompt every time I ask for a repair (sink caulking, fixing heating covers, outdoor lighting). The folks in the office also have been kind and responsive each time I’ve called. One time, totally my bad, I gave them a check from an old account for the rent and it bounced of course and the gal in the office didn’t charge me or anything and let me come in and fix it. Compared to the horror stories I’ve seen in my friend’s apartments who rent with four star property management (a friend had flooding and the management at four star took a week to come and fix it and then yelled at her when she inquired about a rent reduction for damage to her personal items and no water for a week) these people are kind and really treat you like a customer they want to have again. They also are very communicative whenever work is being done in our complex which is nice, (they usually tell us at least a week beforehand). If you’re coming from out of town to live in boulder - I highly recommend this company - you won’t be disappointed!”

“Growing Minds Learning Academy is the best preschool/camp. I am amazed at how well my two kids are cared for on a daily basis. My son is in the camp for older kids (he is 5) and my daughter is in preschool (she is 4). Alissa, the owner has so many great improvements to Growing Minds in the past year. The staff is helpful and friendly when I pick up/drop off; and my children have bonded very well with their caretakers. Alissa has an app where you can communicate with anyone at the school whenever you want, and they are very quick to respond. The teachers send updates and pictures on the app throughout the day. Alissa takes the older kids on all kinds of great field trips including water parks, museums, the roller rink, rec centers, movies, playgrounds, family fun centers, and the zoo. My son has some special needs and he struggled during the school year with field trips, but at Growing Minds, he did amazing! He has never been treated so well by a caretaker. I have never gone for such a long stretch without receiving phone calls to pick up my son because of behavioral issues. Alissa and the staff went out of their way to understand his needs and make sure he did well. A couple of weeks ago, my son had an appointment (with a late drop off) and he would have missed the field trip to go swimming. I figured that he would just need to be with the younger kids for that period of time, however, I was very impressed that when I arrived at the school, the older kids and the teacher taking the kids on the field trip were waiting for my son so that he could participate too. My son was very happy that they accommodated him. This is just one example (of many) where people at Growing Minds have gone out of their way to help my kids. I am so thankful that I chose Growing Minds for my children this summer. Thank you to Alissa and all of the staff that have helped care for O+E. We hope to see you next summer and hopefully some days there is no school.”

“I can't say enough good things about Bluebird Floral Design. We hired Ari to do the flowers for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah and she did the most beautiful job. We met a few months before the event, where we discussed our design ideas. We continued to share photos until around a month before the event, and Ari was always super responsive and enthusiastic. On the day of the party, Ari arrived right on time and set everything up just as we had requested. Most importantly, the centerpieces were unbelievably gorgeous and were more creative and natural looking than typical centerpieces-- which is what we were looking for. I couldn't stop staring at them and we had many guests comment on them, as well. Even three weeks after the event, a guest mentioned the flowers again!
