They have VERY few spots that are real spots, and the rest are just illegal spots that they say you might get towed in! Service is fast and the entire crew is friendly and professional. Never any up-selling—just the facts and honest options. I recently went in to swap my snow tires and they checked my breaks (standard process) I was told that the front has reached recommended limit but the rears were still good for a while.. it would have been easy to simply recommend that I get all four replaced but honesty seemed the priority and so I just replaced the front so I could spread out the cost (still reasonable and competitive!). I have also never had issues leaving valuables in the car. Big O has my business for life! Thanks Paul and team!”

“Food and beer was great plus a really nice ambiance. We sat outside at the well lit picnic tables. They weren't kept clean so we had to wipe off other people's food and beer spills. It wasn't busy when we were there so I assume keeping tables clean isn't a priority. Servers were friendly and helpful. We had to go back inside to order more beer and food and then had to go back in to close our tab. We did get a buzzer that let us know when our food was ready to pickup. In this era, it seemed like a lot more get up and move around to get your service than we've been used to. No QR code ordering offered. Bathrooms were very clean and easily accessible. I'd definitely go back the next time I'm in Denver! Note: they sell crowlers but they can them upon your order, so give yourself time.”

“The team at Trail Winds took care of my husband until we had to move to another state. They were amazing. So attuned, organized, kind. Each visit, the nurse and/or doctor would always take time to just be with us, connecting, checking in on emotional needs too— not just taking perfunctory vitals and assessing meds. We have a fairly good hospice team where we are now, but they don't come close to the care we received with Trail Winds. Trail Winds is the kind of hospice that I hope cares for me in my final months. I would trust them most to care for my dearest loved ones as well.”
