  I have played rugby for over 50 years, beginning at age 8 in Australia. About ten years ago I began experiencing lower back pain. I was somewhat skeptical of chiropractics so I visited a number of orthopedic surgeons without much relief. Two years ago, when one of the orthopedic doctors suggested I try chiropractics, I made an appointment with Rock Creek Spine. Dr. Ryan suggested a regimen of spinal decompression sessions and the relief was immediate. After a few weeks I felt so good, I stopped going to my sessions and within a month or so the pain returned. I have been getting decompression treatments and adjustments two or three times a month every since and I am completely free of back pain. The treatments are inexpensive and the doctors, Ryan, Jim, Rick, and Josh are professional and caring. This is best investment I have made in my health and highly recommend Rock Creek to anyone experiencing back pain.

  I am very thankful that I found Rock Creek Spine. I had been struggling with leg numbness and tingling that was referring from my back to the top of my foot. I had tried the typical Medical routine of home exercises, anti-inflammatories and stretching with no relief. Dr. Ryan took the time to Examine my and take Xrays. He set me up on a treatment plan that included Spinal Decompression. I am so happy to say I am pain free now and my foot no longer goes numb. The treatment has made a huge difference in my quality of life. I can't recommend this office enough for their attention to detail and the excellent care they provide.

  I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Melissa almost 2 months ago and could not be happier that I made the decision to start the Ideal Protein program through this practice.   Best setup for getting treatment I've experienced. Sometimes they get a bit backed up, but still almost always better experience than a traditional doctors office. And the treatments WORK! I've had bad lower back issues off and on for years that hampered my ability to exercise or even sleep well. Finally have relief and can be more active than I've been able to in a long time.

  I would recommend Rock Creek Spine and Rehabilitation hands down to anyone. The care there is top-notch and the staff is absolutely exceptional. You can’t find a better clinic for chiropractic care in the Denver area.
