Bimmer Haus

I drive 30 min each way to take my car to Bimmer Haus. They are that good. Their service team truly cares about their customers and their techs are honestly so smart and budget conscious. They give me great advice, set up other contractors when needed, and will really work with their clients. I may be moving and will be even farther, but will still take my car to them. No doubt.

Kindness, professionalism, compassion, I’ll never take my car anywhere else. I had an appointment in September as a new client for a routine service on my BMW M2. I no-showed because my father had a heart attack and was in the hospital. When they called to ask if I was coming in I apologized and explained. They said no problem, you take all the time you need, give us a call when you’re ready and we’ll be here for you. Two weeks later, after my father passed away, I called Bimmer Haus and rescheduled, my request was met with kindness and concern. I got a flat tire the day before my rescheduled appointment (ugh low profile tires and not a good month for me?) I called that morning to let them know I was going to be late for my appointment because I had been near the airport was picking up family when I got a flat the day before so my car was towed to the nearest Discount Tire- which happened to be in Aurora. Once again, despite my second annoying schedule problems, I was met with compassion and kindness when I called. I arrived later that day and my car was taken care of right away. It was ready the very next morning and when I went to pick it up they had taken care of my service charges for free. Yes, for
free. They said they wanted me to have one less thing to worry about so they took care of the bill for me. I could barely hold back tears. I had never paid them a single dime, I was a new customer, unreliable and rescheduling last minute, and they saw that as an opportunity to be kind and generous. I’m so proud to write this review and to tell this story of human compassion and generosity. I would never worry about the integrity of the people who work there, because they’re truly some of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. Thank you Bimmer Haus, your understanding and kind gestures made a horrible time in my life a bit better and my car runs like a top!

Had a little miscommunication but the folks at Bimmer Haus went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Absolutely great service and really nice people. They truly are car enthusiasts and do what they do with a passion. Great work at very reasonable prices. Hands down the best BMW shop in town. Will be back for any future service I need. ✌
