  Super cute RV and mobile home park. It's $41 a night. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Cash only. I don't think that there's bathrooms or anything. Full hookups for RVs - water, electric, and sewage. Comes with decent Wifi. Not streaming quality, but good enough for looking things up. The park is close enough to Denver that it's 30 minutes to get in, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with Denver. Idaho Springs is an adorable little town with a mine you can tour. We spent Fourth of July at Cottonwood RV and we could see the fireworks at Idaho Springs from our RV. If you want small town Americana but still be close to a big city than this is the RV park for you.

  This Campground is quite, peaceful and serene just outside of Idaho Spring and just 30 min outside Denver. At the foothills of the Rocky's, you are surrounded by nature and awesome views..It's on the road to Mt. Evans, where I snapped my post picture and my Facebook profile pic years ago with my Son and his old dog Sydney. Who would have thought I'd be living there now......Coincidence.... I think not....That's where I want my ashes put to rest when the time comes...At the top of Mt Evens.....Beautiful....
  
  They keep the grounds immaculate...I've never seen a campground that does that. It's beautiful.
  
  Lynn, the owners son was kind and helpful. Helped me get into a very tight spot and I nailed it! I moved spots that I'm real happy with though. He even did some welding on my replacement stabilizers. I swear hes got more tools than Craftsman. Talk about having the right tool for any job!
  
  Winney and Glen the owners just got back from Arizona yesterday and I've found her to be very nice....I couldn't have picked a better spot to lay my head for awhile. It's Epic! The only thing I wished it had was a laundry room and showers..but Idaho Spring is only a mile away....so that's why I gave them 4 stars.
  
  I know there have been some reviews about the internet connection...but I share Wi-Fi with my neighbor which only cost me $15.00 a month...so I don't have any problems..

  Very nice owners we lived here for a few months over the winter in our RV, very reasonable and well maintained, quiet park for being right off the highway
