“To the point, I stay with T-Mobile due to the fact that there are diamonds in the rough, but rarely found, yet worth seeking, especially after sixteen years of loyalty to T-Mobile. After an awful and cumbersome, series of account changes, my account was heavily troubled, for lack of 'better' words. While the US-based support was helpful, they offered not much other than platitudes and superlatives in order to get me off of the phone. Meanwhile, my issues were not resolved and still not acceptable. They included my billing, erroneous charges and liabilities, not defined by a CS rep. While my experiences at this store have always been satisfactory, they've never been exceptional. Maury was the profound difference this time, however. What took the CS team several hours to explain and, in my opinion, manipulate, Maury was able to solve in under an hour. Meanwhile, she rectified my issues, lowered my bill and was able to get me a refund on the charges that only she took the time to discover were not applicable. Not only is Maury highly-recommended, she is the only person who I will ever trust with my account moving forward. Well done, Maury. I appreciate you.”
