“Let me break this review up a bit, because I am more than just yogi who goes for classes. I'm also in the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. • As a studio The Yoga Mat is one of the most welcoming and kick-ass communities. Every instructor brings a new and fresh signature approach to their classes. You can always feel that the instructors are leading you in a safe class that will help you find the right balance between your needs of flexibility and stability. The Yoga Mat does lack one thing found at so many other studios: pretension. It's replaced with a real desire to connect with students and bring yoga to anyone who comes. •The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training has absolutely blown my mind in such a good way. The quality and level of instruction I have received is top notch. I had been searching for a program for a long time of this caliber and I am glad Erin Hardy has established such a dynamic program for those of us wanting to become teachers. There is no stone left unturned in this program, and when "comparing notes" with other teacher trainees, I'm finding that my anatomy training, my philosophy training and my practical teaching training are far above the standards other accept. I wholeheartedly recommend The Yoga Mat as a home to place your mat, or to take your training to the next level. Clearly, that all applies to the 200 hr yoga teacher training program as well. ”

The people were kind, and let us help with the making of the mozzarella, shared jokes and experiences, and also gave us free food. I will never forget the experience, people, or the cheese! “I've gone back to this restaurant several times. Its my favorite restaurant. My favorite dish is the Whole Fish. Its fun to watch the enthusiastic cooks make this fish over an open fire of wood. Wood is stacked in the corner of the restaurant as all of their dishes are cooked like a campfire. Their seasoning is amazing and the whole fish is really tasty. Always fresh. My wife loves their variety of mussels and oysters. Never a bad meal. Great staff.”
